The Red-whiskered Bulbul is a common Indian bird found all over India and in Asia. It is a very friendly bird which has adapted to human presence. It mainly feeds on fruits and small insects. They have a loud call and is easily reconised by their distinctive crest and the red-vent and whiskers. They are usually seen in most Indian house gardens.
A VISITOR IN OUR SCHOOL KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA MALIGAON, GUWAHATI.
In the garden of our school "Palombara Sabina"
During our lessons, many birds come to visit our garden of our school to drink water or to eat some insects or some crumbs of our sandwiches we eat at the break time. This blackbird comes very often, especially when there is silence in class and everyone is paying attention and listen to the teachers. This beautiful bird was spotted by Alessio and Marco because they have their desk next to the window. They immediately called Mrs Palazzo to watch that bird. She took her camera and shot that photograph. The bird didn't fly because everyone of us wasn't talking or making any noises that could feared the bird. So that little blackbird kept drinking rain water in the little hole.
