Migratory birds from India

This is a migratory bird.

It migrates to parts of Assam, India during the winter season. It can be seen mostly
between the months of October to March in the wetlands of Assam. It feeds on small
fish. It has a long neck and a long beak .It is typically black in colour. It
flies high above the ground. It comes here to build nests. In Bangla it
is called "Pankauri". In locality of West Bengal, India it is also
called "Konch Bok"...
